Return and Refund

At Recomp Labs, we are committed to the quality and purity of our research compounds. Due to the sensitive nature of these products, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance reasons, the following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or removed from its original packaging.
  • Custom-synthesized peptides.
  • Temperature-sensitive products (e.g., items that require cold-chain shipping).
  • Products that have been stored or handled outside of our recommended laboratory specifications.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact our support team at [Insert Support Email] within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect product received.
  • Recomp Labs will review your claim and, if approved, will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the return or disposal of the item.

3. Returns Process (RMA Required)

  • Do not ship any product back to us without a pre-approved RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be discarded.
  • Where a return is authorized, the product must be returned in its original, unopened condition.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verifiable error by Recomp Labs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [Insert Number, e.g., 7–10] business days.
  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
